Travel agencies registration

The Visa Section of the Canadian Embassy in Vienna is pleased to offer Travel Agencies the possibility of submitting visa applications to its office for rapid processing.  A specific time for drop-off and pick-up will facilitate planning and limit the time required for each visit to Vienna.  The turnaround time for travel agencies will be initially set at 4 working days.  Travel agencies must be registered with the Visa Section as well as attend the information session.
 
If you are a Travel Agency and would like to set-up a drop-off service at the Canadian Embassy in Vienna for Czech nationals applying for a visa to travel to Canada, please send an e-mail to vienn-visa@international.gc.ca.  The title should say: TRAVEL AGENCY REGISTRATION.  You should supply contact information, including an e-mail and a web-site address.  You will be invited to an information session in Vienna.  At the session you will be asked to send an English speaking representative and submit proof that you operate legally in the Czech Republic.
 
The Visa Section of the Embassy in Vienna will communicate directly with you to inform your agency of the time and place of the information session/Registration which will take place in July (TBC).
